A letter from CineCentral President and Project coordinator
Dear Viewer,
Back when we were Hub City Cinema Society, we ran monthly improv nights, and it was a lot of fun. We met some truly wonderful people, many of whom I still see today in the TV, film, and acting world. When I learned that RogersTV had a stage and some free time, I jumped at the chance to reignite that spark. There is no shortage of creativity on this island, and now you have the opportunity to get involved, play, and create something that brings a little more fun into the world.
After two seasons of Nanaimo Improv, we’ve made new friends, discovered new talent, and continue to find value in this amazing adventure. Season 3 promises even more laughs, surprises, and opportunities for performers to shine.
I look forward to hearing from you—see you on stage!
